Refer a Friend

To qualify for a $1,500 Refer a Friend rent credit, a current West Wharf resident must complete and submit the required registration form prior to the start of their referral's tour. The $1,500 rent credit will be awarded to the referring West Wharf resident if their qualified friend referral signs a lease and moves into West Wharf within 45 days of their initial tour. The $1,500 rent credit will be applied to the rent payment of the referring West Wharf resident in the second month of their referral's lease. Current West Wharf residents must be current with all rent payments to receive the rent credit. Offer expires June 1, 2025. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
